Paperless Parts

About the project
Paperless Parts is a cloud-based quoting platform for custom manufacturers, helping CNC machining, sheet metal, and fabrication businesses streamline estimating, improve quote accuracy, and respond to customers faster.
As the company grew, the team saw a need to clarify and strengthen the brand beyond its existing visual assets. I collaborated with workshop lead Alyssa Hopcus to plan and support an in-person brand workshop focused on defining the company’s mission, vision, values, positioning, audience, messaging, and brand attributes.
Using those strategic findings as the foundation, I served as the primary designer to expand the existing identity into a more complete and usable brand system. Working with the established logo, core color, and preferred typeface, I developed the typography hierarchy, graphic language, imagery direction, layout principles, and application standards. The work culminated in a comprehensive brand guideline and practical templates for social, events, collateral, merchandise, and environmental applications.
